Quick coupling fitting type cable gland INR-TR PR
Quick coupling cable gland with fixed male thread for rigid pipe. Cable gland quick-coupling fitting male thread METRIC ISO 965 for rigid GALVANIZED tubes type TZR or STAINLESS STEEL TXR. They assure a IP68 rating between fitting and cable assured by thermosetting elastomer rubber that tightens on cable. Range of temperature -40°C and +105°C. Electrical continuity < 0,05 ohm/mt. All our NICKEL PLATED BRASS or STAINLESS STEEL (AISI316 L / AISI 304) are checked through a corrosion test with salt fog according to norms UNI ISO 9227 and a brass fittings are checked through a corrosion test with salt fog according to norms UNI ISO 9227 and a corrosion tests. Certified and periodically inspected by IMQ ( Italian Mark of Quality ).

Quality controls
Salt Spray and Salt Fog Testing: UNI EN ISO 9227:2017 (NSS). Periodic tests on each production lot relating to traction at 1000 N and compression at 1250 N in accordance with the EN IEC 61386 standard on all closed systems consisting of rigid pipes and fittings and cable gland fittings and traction test (cable anchoring for unarmoured cable - cable retention class B) and shore tests for the sealing rubber in accordance with EN / IEC 62444 on all closed systems consisting of cable glands.
