Line diverter IP67. The new LINE DIVERTERS connected at their ends with ISO Metric 965 threads allow us to make curves and counter-curves with variable degree. This is an EURO2000’S REGISTERED INVENTION PATENT N°MI2004A000698. Specifically designed with appropriate lengths to enable you to perform fixed routes such as misalignment, overlaps and anything else you might encounter while installing a cable passage line. It finds its best field of use with rigid galvanized/stainless steel tubes TZR/TXR, but it can be used together with any other type of fl exible conduit, as well. Unlike traditional nickel-plated TZR 90 elbows, the corrugated internal surface assures cables sliding even in tight corners. They are made of stainless steel AISI316 with nickel-plated brass threads, according to norms EN IEC 61386. They assure a protection degree IP67 and a temperature range between -40°C and +105°C. Electrical continuity <0,05 ohm/mt.

Quality controls

Salt Spray and Salt Fog Testing: UNI EN ISO 9227:2017 (NSS). Periodic tests on each production lot relating to traction at 1000 N and compression at 1250 N in accordance with the EN IEC 61386 standard on all closed systems consisting of rigid pipes and fittings and cable gland fittings.
