Conduit type UALT 2000

Galvanized steel conduit with copper wire coil (EMC) and recovered grey PVC heavy coating IP67. Pliable hot deep galvanized steel conduit with internally reinforced metal clutch and copper wire into the coils, recovered of grey PVC heavy bore coating and well anchored to the metal conduit, developed to assure protection against interferences due to electromagnetic field (EMC), it can be used wherever is necessary to protect equipment against electromagnetic interferences according to European norms about electromagnetic compatibility EMC 89/336 EEC. Very suited were in necessary a strong mechanical resistance and an excellent resistance to traction, torsion, and compression, good resistance to aging, to a wide range of oils and to a lot of acids used in industries, self-extinguishing according to norms EN IEC 61386. EN IEC 61386 Certificate equivalent standard: Meets with the requirements of BS EN 61386 -2 -3 and BS 731 Part 1.

Quality controls

Salt Spray and Salt Fog Testing: UNI EN ISO 9227:2017 (NSS). Periodic tests on each production lot relating to traction at 1000 N and compression at 1250 N in accordance with the EN IEC 61386 standard on all closed systems consisting of conduits and fittings and cable gland fittings.
