Conduit type DMT PU
Galvanized steel conduit recovered with PU (high-low temp.) with overbraided galvanized steel IP67. Flexible hot deep galvanized steel conduit, reinforced clutch, before recovered of thin blue POLIURETHANE vacuum to the inner metal conduit, after overbraided with galvanized steel wire. During the combustion it does not release halogen substances in order to avoid the development of toxic smokes. According to NORM EN45545-2:2015, very suited for installations where is foreseen the presence of twinkling and incandescent slags (rolling mill, foundry, welders and printing works). Particularly advised in case of eventual combustions that do not release halogen substances or toxic smokes. It has a good mechanical resistance to traction, torsion and compression, high resistance to aging, sea salt and to most of the chemicals used in factories, self-extinguishing according to norms EN IEC 61386. EN IEC 61386 Certificate equivalent standard: Meets with the requirements of BS EN 61386 -2 -3 and BS 731 Part 1.

Salt Spray and Salt Fog Testing: UNI EN ISO 9227:2017 (NSS). Periodic tests on each production lot relating to traction at 1000 N and compression at 1250 N in accordance with the EN IEC 61386 standard on all closed systems consisting of conduits and fittings and cable gland fittings.
