Galvanized steel conduit with PVC (high low temp.) with over silicon elastomer with fiberglass IP67. Flexible hot deep galvanized steel conduit, reinforced clutch, before recovered of smooth ABT PVC -40°C +105°C heavy bore coating and well anchored to the metal conduit and after of silicon elastomer with fiberglass, developed to offer togheter with high mechanical protection to traction, compression and crash, also thermic protection in particular aggressive enviroment in presence of fl ames, splashes of metal or of melted glass, steam water. The external recovering is made up by a mineral fiberglass, with a silicon elastomer, that can resist to exercise temperatures range -60°C + 260°C. Excellent flexibility to low temperatures, good resistance to atmospheric agents: (UV rays, ozone) good compatibility with most of insulating paints of “H” class. Self-extinguishing according to norms EN IEC 61386, US aeronautic standars SAE AS 1055 – AS 1072 – NF F 16-101 – P 92-507- Classification F0 e M2 per NF F 16-101 e P 92-507 NF EN 60695-2-1/0 e 1.
