Conduit type DMA PU

Galvanized steel conduit recovered with thin blue polyurethane (PU) – high low temperature IP67. Pliable hot deep galvanized steel conduit, reinforced clutch, recovered of thin blue POLIURETHANE, vacuum on the inner metal conduit. During the combustion it does not release halogen substances in order to avoid the development of toxic smokes. According to NORM UNI EN 45545-2:2015, very reliable where is necessary a good mechanical resistance and an excellent resistance to traction, torsion and compression. Particularly advised in case of eventual combustions that do not release halogen substances or toxic smokes, good resistance to aging, to a wide range of oils and to a lot of acids used in industries, self-extinguishing according to norms EN IEC 61386. EN IEC 61386 Certificate equivalent standard: Meets with the requirements of BS EN 61386 -2 -3 and BS 731 Part 1.

Quality controls

Salt Spray and Salt Fog Testing: UNI EN ISO 9227:2017 (NSS). Periodic tests on each production lot relating to traction at 1000 N and compression at 1250 N in accordance with the EN IEC 61386 standard on all closed systems consisting of conduits and fittings and cable gland fittings.
