Internal operating sales

Responsibilities and duties of the position

We are looking for an internal operational commercial figure who can support the sales organization for the management of order entry processes and management of delivery times to customers, management of customer requests, customer support for the entire cycle of sales and product delivery.

The person we are looking for will take care of:

  • Entering personal data and conditions of sale new customers
  • Customer order entry
  • Determination and communication of delivery times of products and accessories and related order confirmations to customers
  • Management of DDT generation and outlets to couriers
    sending order confirmations
  • Telephone technical assistance to customers
  • It is essential that the candidate has strong communication and relational skills, strong management autonomy, proactivity, result orientation and negotiation skills.


  • Technical high school diploma preferably in electrical engineering / electronics / mechanical with 15 years of experience in commercial sectors.
  • Italian mother tongue or good knowledge of Italian with level B2 and knowledge of English B1.

What is required:

  • Experience in sales support management roles
  • Knowledge of the Windows system and the Office package
  • Preferable general knowledge of the functioning of a management system
  • Strong proactivity and assumption of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Canalytical capacity in the approach to learning ERP software and related CRMs
  • Ability to work in a team and predisposition to mutual collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Predisposition to human relationships and customer orientation
