{"id":62245,"date":"2024-10-08T08:16:40","date_gmt":"2024-10-08T08:16:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.euro2000-spa.it\/social-policy\/"},"modified":"2024-10-08T08:39:03","modified_gmt":"2024-10-08T08:39:03","slug":"social-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.euro2000-spa.it\/en\/social-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Social policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Management policy of Euro2000 spa<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this document, Euro2000 spa defines the rules for its fanpage by the company and those who interact with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have created the Facebook page and the Instagram account to communicate with people interested in Euro2000 spa activities, and we are open to fans\u2019 ideas, comments and suggestions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Euro2000 spa informs all users that the use of the page and its contents is strictly dependent on legal compliance and good conduct towards the page administrators and other users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Euro2000 spa defines the following rules of conduct, the cases of violation and the consequent actions envisaged by the page administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rules of conduct<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask users to comply with the following rules of conduct on the pages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>respect each other\u2019s ideas and actions as everyone has the right to express their opinions in compliance with the rules defined in this document;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to be polite and respectful to the page administrators and other users;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comply with all applicable legal provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellation of messages and possible blocking\/reporting to Facebook and Instagram of the fans<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following violates the terms and conditions of the Euro2000 spa page and will be managed by deleting messages and\/or blocking users\u2019 activity on the page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>inappropriate comments about Euro2000 spa;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personal insults, offensive, denigrating, defamatory, polemic, vulgar comments or those inciting any violence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>racist, political or religious activism comments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SPAM or automatically generated comments which are repeated in the same thread or different threads;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advertising messages or those that offer services or goods for commercial purposes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>messages that violate third party rights (copyrights).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Euro2000 spa reserves the right to report any abuse or legal violation to the relevant Authority, providing information (messages, comments etc.) and data useful and\/or expressly requested by the Authority to prevent and suppress alleged offences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users who publish and\/or share their content on the official page authorise Euro2000 spa to use, publish, distribute that content and grant the right to exclusively use it in the Facebook page management to develop and improve its business and respond to the user needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, users waive the right to request any financial compensation from Euro2000 spa for the rights to use photographs, images, names, videos and any other content published and\/or shared by users on the Euro2000 spa official Facebook page and Instagram account.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Management policy of Euro2000 spa In this document, Euro2000 spa defines the rules for its fanpage by the company and those who interact with it.
